Got any idea what is it? Ok so maybe most of you got no idea. Here's the story.. Today I made "lapis legit roll" with a little help from my ma. Yep they are "the failed lapis legit roll" I thought this will be nice with perfect yellow-brownish color and a nice layers. Buttttt... The fact that I used too much spekuk made it's color too brown (dark brown!). Plus I didn't use any emulsion cause I thought that they don't need to arise. Oh and apparently , I baked each layer for too long. I baked it for 5 minutes for each layer! So yeah it's kinda crispy on the edge. But the taste is okay.. and still lapis legit's taste though.. Planning to make them again next week! Of course with less spekuk and only 2-3 minutes baking for each layer.. Ohh and i'll use emulsion too! Hahaha wish me luckk! :)
