I just can't get enough of them hahaha. I made the donuts with my mom. Well she made the dough, I helped her to form the donuts and fried them. This time it turned out great! (see my others "making donut post" here and here).

HAPPY VALENTINE!

Yum!
Soooo people, HAPPY VALENTINE! I spent mine by watching tv-series. I am so addicted with tv-series now. I know that's not good when you spend most of your time by watching, so I made up my mind to only watch 2 eps of series per day (these past 3 days i watched more than 10 eps of victorious when I actually can do something more productive). Even though I didn't watch it by laying in bed, lazy-ing, but still, it's not good, right? It's too addicting. I watched them while studying. No, not everytime I go study I also watch tv-series, no. It's only when I get kinda bored. It's fun and somehow, makes me concentrates more. I also think this tv-series-addict is one of the reasons I've been unproductive-ly updating my blog lately. Will make a new schedule SOON! hahaha.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Okay this is not exactly a noodle because I used spaghetti. Well the recipe used soba noodle but I can't find it. I also didn't use any mushroom (still tasty!). So as an alternative, I changed it with spaghetti. Mom and I had eat spaghetti with not-pasta-sauce before though (read: spaghetti with tomyum soup). I don't care how weird that might sounds, it taste good!

It's been a long time since the last time i do a blogwalking. Hopefully I can do some this week! :)

BANANA BREAD

When I planned to make this, I have a quite high expectation about how it will taste. I love bananas. I love cakes and breads. A banana bread? YES! Hahaha xD. So I searched how to make this banana bread on google, it seems to be simple. And yes it is simple. You don't need a mixer cause you could use a rubber spatula or a wooden spoon. I used a recipe from here. Turned out great! I only get to used one ripe banana though, cause I only had one. But that didn't affect the result much, it still taste good :).

By the way, talking about bananas reminds me of cute minions singing a banana song. In case you have a bad day, just watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYXTZh8CW4E

Piggy Cookies and else

Aren't they look cute?! Well even though the icing is just a mess. A total mess. I've been baking cookies these past three days. The cookies is quite a success, they taste really good. But for the royal icing, I haven't got the taste that I want. PLUS, they don't get harden (!@#$%^&). But I tried another royal icing recipe today. They seem good. And, they get harden. Even though it takes a lot of times to dry the icing (They haven't got really harden until now) because I didn't bake them. I was browsing on google yesterday about these royal icing and most of people said they often dry the icing for 24 hours which means 1day (o_o). It's just I can't wait to see the result and take photographs of them hahaha xD.

Aaand, an artwork of my today playlist. I just found this amazing guy named Dante (or Give Me Motion) and immediately falling in love with all of his songs! I like his kind of music. They sound happy (well most of them). I've been listening to his songs so much today. Click here if you want to listen to his songs :)

Another Donuts

For you who have been reading my blog since the first time I made donuts, you may have read this post where I shared my first time making donuts experience which wasn't really a success since they didn't rise. Well my 2nd try last tuesday was better than my 1st try. Some of them were almost perfect and the rest were just okay. Why? Simply because one little mistake that could make everything ruined. Well I take that as an experience though. I learned that when you are about to put the formed-donuts in a tin or plate, don't forget to spread some flour and margarine in the plate. And, put the formed-donuts with your hands both floured. Or else, when you'll fry them, they will get sticky. And your donuts' shape would be ruined.

I actually spread the flour in my plate. But apparently, that's not enough. So I decided to just fry some of them with their shape ruined and re-form some donuts with a good shape but they didn't get to rise. It turns out the one raised taste better than the one with a good shape. So I think the rise-part is really important. But no, that doesn't mean that the one with a good shape don't taste good. They taste good, but well the raised-one were better. Still love them though! Maybe I'll make them again this month because I love them HAHAHAHA xD. Oh and I'll show you guys something different that you used to see in this blog. This donuts recipe and the directions will be on an animated video! So here you go :)

Have a gorgeous weekend! :D

-Fry the chicken until ripened and the color change into brown. Set aside.
-In a bowl, mix the broccoli, corn, and the pasta together with salt and pepper.
-Put the chicken, broccoli, corn, pasta, and potatochips together in a plate.

You could make this yummy food for breakfast or lunch. But I made it for lunch since I prefer something more "small portion" for breakfast. I feel that I've been into cooking so much lately. I love cooking and I love eating HAHAHA. Who doesn't love eating seriously? xD
Have a wonderful weekend! :)

Egg Toast Cups

Aren't they look cute?! One of so many reasons why I love this egg toast cups is because the ingredients. They can be found on a traditional market, supermarket, mall, etc. I personally think the hardest part was the cut-the-bread-then-put-it-in-the-tin part (not hard, actually. but it takes a lot of time for me). I also put some cheese inside the cups but it doesn't really make any different because I didn't use much cheese. Oh and recipe is from here btw :D

PS: don't u think they make a perfect breakfast?! :)

Strawberry Juice

For making this strawberry juice you only need 8 strawberries, ±1/2 cup water, and 3 1/2tbsp sugar. Blend all the ingredients in your blender and yep you're done! So easy right? You also could add more sugar if you want it to be more sweet. Oh and this recipe makes about 2 glasses of strawberry juice :).

And btw, Im all about photoshop these past few days. Here lemme show you one of my work. (It's my favorite so far! Really proud lol)

PS: Happy Eid Adha for all Muslims! :)

Spaghetti Bolognese (yum!)

I love spaghetti! My favorite is my Mom's. No lie but it's even yummier than the restaurant's. Everytime my mom make it I just can't handle myself but adds one more portion (or at least half portion) :).

Buttt, the spaghetti that I show you here is not my Mom's.. but mine. Yep I cooked spaghetti today! My first time actually. Well the result is not bad. It's yum! Even though the bolognese sauce is too thick because i used too much maizena (it's a starch made from corn (cornstarch) lol). But it's still taste good for me.

For the bolognese sauce, you only need a garlic(chopped into a dice), an onion, minced beef, water, tomatoes(chopped into a dice and then blend it.), cornstarch(dissolved with water), salt, and sugar. Stir-fry the garlic and onion. Add the beef. Add the tomatoes, add some water. Cook until boiled. Add the cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Cook until thick(not too thick). You can add some pepper too btw :D

Aaaand it's actually my first time making brownies! Well gotta say it's fun and it doesn't really take much time. Oh plus this time it didn't fail!! Yay!  Btw here lemme give you the recipe I used :)

Halloween treats! Well kinda failed

Ok so maybe most of u got no idea what are those? Well that's ok. They're supposed to be eclair. YES PEOPLE, ECLAIR. But well the result is more like... UFO?

It's actually my first time making this kind of pastry. I used a choux pastry recipe my mom got. Mom is so  good at making this kind of pastry seriously! She almost make Kue Sus every month. Well at least once a month. She said that my dough is too thin. Yep kinda hard too form them. Plus when I baked it... they didn't really swell.

Thanks God my mom decided to make the filling for me. It was really helpful! It makes the pastry taste yummyyy! And with some melted chocolate on the top , it's even taste yummier! No kidding but this treat is really delicious. Even though it's appearance is kinda bad. (I personally give it 9/10 for the taste and 5/10 for the appearance lol)

And btw , I make the pastry toppers myself. U can print it too then stick it on a toothpick :)
